How to untethered jailbreak iPhone 4S / iPad 2 running iOS 5.0.1 with Greenpois0n Absinthe:

 

Step 1: Backup your device then restore it using the iOS 5.0 or iOS 5.0.1 IPSW file downloaded above.

Step 2: Download Greenpois0n Absinthe form the download link shown above, then unzip and run the file.

Step 3: Connect your iPhone 4S / iPad 2 to your computer via USB.

Step 4: Now click on the “Jailbreak” button to begin, then follow the on-screen steps.

Now you will See “Restoring in progress”, just wait more few minutes.

Step 5: Once completed, you will see an Absinthe icon on the Home screen. Click on the Absinthe icon, it will open GreenPois0n.com, and then your device will be rebooted. Once it loads again, the Absinthe icon will be replaced with the Cydia icon.

Congratulation your iPhone 4S / iPad 2 is successfully jailbroken. Enjoy it!
